A few things sit outside what cleaning can do:
- Grout removal is not part of this service.
- Caulk is a replacement item rather than a cleaning item. We do not remove or reapply it, and once mold has taken hold in caulk, cleaning will not get it out. It has to come out and go back in fresh.
- Everything we use is natural and eco-friendly, and we turn up with all of it.
- There is nothing you need to buy or have ready.
- Winter weather. We run hoses across the ground, and on frozen ground those lines can freeze or burst, so we avoid running them below 20°F.
- This service also requires an exterior door to be cracked open while we work, which lets cold air into the home.
- Clear and declutter the areas our technicians will be cleaning.
- About 6 hours, or until it’s fully dry.
- It should pass a touch test and not feel wet.
- We do not accept payment on the day of service.
- We will invoice you approximately one day after service. You may pay by check or credit card.
