For the safety of your property and our crews:
- Crews will not clean fixtures they consider unsafe to reach or in poor condition.
- We may reschedule during inclement weather, mainly winter snow that makes travel and scheduling unreliable.
- Make sure the area beneath and around the fixture is accessible and clear of breakables.
- The glass structure and the housing of the glass structure are always included.
- A night-and-day difference. Rooms look brighter, and on crystal fixtures you get the full prism sparkle, with light dancing across the walls.
- We do not accept payment on the day of service. We will invoice you approximately one day after service. You may pay by check or credit card.
