For the safety of your property and the cleaning crew:
- Crews will not clean areas they consider unsafe to access, likely to be damaged by washing (plants, furniture, structures), or that contain animal feces.
- Staining from rust, hard water, discoloration from home improvements, or faulty UV protectant on vinyl siding may not be fully cleaned or look like new.
- We may reschedule due to weather: forecast below 40°F (unevaporated water can freeze and damage property), high winds (ladders unsafe), or rain (roofs/ladders slippery).
- Customers are not required to be home.
- Have a water spigot activated and accessible.
- Ensure all pets are inside.
- Unlock any fences so crews can access the back yard.
- No need to move furniture.
- The standard service uses just water. Rust remover and bleach or mold remover are available if needed, at an additional charge.
- Pressure washing is best for hard, durable surfaces like concrete driveways, patios, stone walkways, decks, fences, boat docks, and stone stairs. For house siding, stucco, cedar shake, roofs, or other delicate surfaces, our Soft Washing service is the better, safer choice. Let us know what you’re looking to have cleaned when you request a quote, and we’ll recommend the right service.
- We do not accept payment on the day of service. We will invoice you approximately one day after service. You may pay by check or credit card.
