For the safety of your property and the cleaning crew:
- Technicians will not clean vents they consider to be inaccessible, unsafe to reach, damaged or in poor condition, or contain any hazardous material (rodents, asbestos, etc.)
- To ensure proper and thorough cleaning, the technician will need access to every vent in your home. If unable to access all vents, the technician may not be able to fully complete the service. This will be determined during the inspection process upon arrival.
Our technicians use a negative air system. This prevents the spread of airborne contaminants by creating lower air pressure inside the designated area, drawing air out and filtering it.
The National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) recommends cleaning your air ducts every 3 to 5 years. However, homes with pets, smokers, allergies, or recent renovations may benefit from more frequent cleanings.
Yes! Clean air ducts will also allow air to flow more efficiently. This reduces strain on your HVAC system and lowers your energy bill.
- Remove any obstructions from around your vents and HVAC system.

- Locate all of your vents prior to service to show the technician upon arrival.
We do not accept payment on the day of service. We will invoice you approximately one day after service. You may pay by check or credit card.

- Unscented soap and water for windows
- Algaecide and bleach may be used for certain exterior cleanings of siding or concrete
- Hot water with an eco-friendly scented all-purpose cleaner for everything else
We supply all cleaning equipment (vacuums, dusters, buckets, mops, step stools, ladders, etc.) and supplies (cleaners, microfiber rags, etc.) and do not use a customer’s equipment or supplies
Yes! Please call or email the office before your service so we can ensure clear communication with the team and place the notes into your file.
We charge your credit card of file approximately one day after your service to ensure you are satisfied with the work.
With prior approval, we also invoice on a net 30 basis.
