For the safety of your property and the cleaning crew:
- We cannot soft wash cedar shake roofs or siding with organic paint.
- Roof cleaning kills and removes organic material but will not restore curled or damaged shingles.
- Crews will not clean areas considered unsafe, likely to be damaged, or containing animal feces.
- We may reschedule due to weather: forecast below 40°F, high winds, or rain.
- Customers are not required to be home.
- Have a water spigot activated and accessible.
- Ensure all pets are inside.
- Unlock any fences so crews can access the back yard.
- No need to move furniture.
- Rust remover is available as an add-on to treat iron staining from well water.
- Soft washing is the better, safer choice for house siding, stucco, cedar shake, soffits, and roofs, or anywhere mold, algae, or moss needs treating rather than blasting away. For hard, durable surfaces like concrete driveways, patios, and walkways, our Pressure Washing service is the better fit. Let us know what you’re looking to have cleaned when you request a quote, and we’ll recommend the right service.
