Need a lighter touch? We also offer on-site surface cleaning for rugs that just need a quick refresh, alongside our full off-site deep clean.

For the safety of your property and the cleaning crew, we cannot:
- Remove rodents or insects.
- Clear the area and make sure there’s an easy path to the rug.
- You don’t need to roll it up yourself. We do a pre-pickup inspection together to walk through what to expect.
- On-site surface cleaning refreshes the rug where it sits. Our off-site climate-controlled facility allows the chance for our techs to re-clean multiple times if needed and fully dry.
- Yes. Different materials call for different solutions and drying techniques, since some dyes can run if treated incorrectly.
- We do a pre-pickup and a post-clean inspection together, so you’ll know exactly what improved and what, if anything, remains.
- We do not accept payment on the day of service. We will invoice you approximately one day after service. You may pay by check or credit card.
