- Inspect and assess the condition of the duct system, identify problem areas, and protect surrounding surfaces from debris fallout.
- Turn off the HVAC system. If the duct does not have an access point, the technician will prepare one to connect the negative air system.
- Activate the negative air system to extract debris from the main air duct trunk.
- Use specialized tools and cameras to ensure all debris build up is thoroughly removed from the duct system.
- Reseal the access point and clean and reinstall vent covers.
- Turn the HVAC system back on and test airflow to ensure the system is properly functioning.

For the safety of your property and the cleaning crew:
- Technicians will not clean vents they consider to be inaccessible, unsafe to reach, damaged or in poor condition, or contain any hazardous material (rodents, asbestos, etc.)
- To ensure proper and thorough cleaning, the technician will need access to every vent in your home. If unable to access all vents, the technician may not be able to fully complete the service. This will be determined during the inspection process upon arrival.
Our technicians use a negative air system. This prevents the spread of airborne contaminants by creating lower air pressure inside the designated area, drawing air out and filtering it.
The National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) recommends cleaning your air ducts every 3 to 5 years. However, homes with pets, smokers, allergies, or recent renovations may benefit from more frequent cleanings.Â

We do not accept payment on the day of service. We will invoice you approximately one day after service. You may pay by check or credit card.
