Flu & COVID-19 Policies
Our lives have changed. We are here to help you and your home.
We have implemented a COVID-19 Preparedness Plan and protocols to protect you and our employees.
Employees with a fever or presenting flu or COVID-19 symptoms will not be allowed to work. If an employee or customer has been exposed to COVID-19, we have a policy in place to inform co-employees and other customers that may have been exposed.
Employees will wear cloth masks while in your home at your request.
After leaving a home, employees will disinfect their hands, cars and equipment.
We ask that your household members and our crews maintain at least a 6′ distance at all times.
In addition to normal house cleaning protocols, we will also disinfect door knobs, switch plates and kitchen counters. If you need additional disinfecting, just let us know when booking your service.
